Complete kit: identify every included part

That 60-inch fit belongs to this kit, not every Sportsheets harness. The included dildo is sold as five inches, but insertable length is not given, so do not read five inches as a usable-length measurement.
Harness only: the attachment remains a separate decision
The Saffron Monte Strap On is the mix-and-match option: a red, three-way adjustable faux-leather harness made for interchangeable O-rings. The dildo is a separate purchase.

O-ring accessory: three diameters are not a universal fit
The Metal O Ring 3 Pack is an accessory, not a harness. It gives you three seamless ring diameters: 1.5, 1.75 and 2 inches.
That gives you three options, not a universal-fit magic trick. The harness and attachment both need to name the same ring size or an approved combination.
Check the connection in the right order
A build-your-own setup is a three-part handshake:
