Penis sleeve buying guide: sleeve, extender or double?
Want a different texture, extra thickness or a little more length? A penis sleeve slips over the penis, with styles ranging from a simple open-ended sleeve to a closed extender or a double design for couples.
Start with the change you want, then compare the inside measurements. A long sleeve and a big extension aren't the same thing, and an open tip feels different from a closed one.
More texture or more length?

The size details that matter
There are two sets of measurements to look at: the space inside the sleeve and the size of the toy itself. Inner length tells you how deep the hollow section is; inner diameter describes the opening. Overall length and outer width tell you how large the toy is on the outside.
