Delivery, discreet packaging and Click & Collect

Ordering something personal should not make the delivery feel public. We use plain, discreet outer packaging and discreet billing, with Click & Collect available from Alexandria and Rydalmere. Eligible orders placed before 3 pm Sydney time, Monday to Saturday, receive same-day dispatch, and Standard shipping is free for eligible online orders of $150 or more after discounts. Checkout shows the delivery options and any charge for your address and order.

One small distinction saves a wasted wait or trip: same-day dispatch does not mean same-day delivery, and an order confirmation is not a ready-for-collection email. Choose your route at checkout, then follow the message that comes next.

A plain parcel, properly explained

Online orders leave in plain, discreet outer packaging, with no product details or Adult Direct branding shown on the outside. The label carries only the information needed for delivery or return.

Use a delivery name and address that can receive the parcel, and choose an email address that is private enough for order updates.

Billing without the blush

We use discreet billing. The wording on a bank or card statement can vary with the payment method and provider; our team can explain what to expect before you place the order.

For extra privacy, remember that order emails, shared devices and account history can be just as visible as a statement.

The 3 pm dispatch cut-off

Eligible orders placed before 3 pm Sydney time, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day. Sunday is not included. Dispatch is the moment an order leaves our warehouse, not a promise that it will arrive that day.

Delivery time then depends on the option available at checkout, your address and the delivery network. Enter the complete address to see the options and charge for that order.

What Standard shipping costs

Standard shipping is free for eligible online orders of $150 or more after discounts. Below that threshold, checkout shows the charge before payment.

Following the parcel

We send tracking details after dispatch. The tracking link and delivery instructions are the best place for the latest update. If the details have not arrived or stop updating, contact us with the order number and the email address used at checkout.

PO boxes and Parcel Lockers

Enter the complete PO box or Parcel Locker address at checkout. The methods displayed there are the options available for that address and order. If nothing suitable appears, choose another eligible address or contact us before paying.

Click, wait, collect

Add your products to the cart and continue to checkout. When Click & Collect is offered, choose Alexandria or Rydalmere, complete the order and wait for the ready-for-collection email. That message names the store to visit; bring a valid form of identification with you.

The first confirmation means the order has been received. The ready email means it is time to travel.

Alexandria: upstairs on Botany Road

The Alexandria store is at Level 2, Suite 14/110 Botany Road, Alexandria NSW 2015. Look for number 110, use the Adult Direct intercom if the door is locked, then take the lift to Level 2.

Rydalmere: follow the unit numbers

The Rydalmere store is at Unit 16/3 Clyde Street, Rydalmere NSW 2116. Enter the under-building car park and follow the unit numbers to Unit 16.

The Rydalmere store page has opening hours, phone details and arrival directions. Use Unit 16 as the destination for visits and collections.

Choose an available Alexandria or Rydalmere collection option at checkout. Complete the order, wait for the ready-for-collection email, then visit the named store with valid identification.

Can I collect immediately after ordering?

No. The order confirmation means the order has been received, not prepared. Travel after the ready-for-collection email arrives.

Is Blacktown available for Click & Collect?

No. Blacktown is closed after its lease ended. Choose an available Alexandria or Rydalmere option at checkout.
