What to expect at an Adult Direct warehouse store
An Adult Direct store is less like a tiny boutique and more like a proper warehouse shop: rows of products, recognised brands, practical essentials and plenty to compare. You can browse thousands of products in person, take your time with the packaging and ask for help when it is useful—or enjoy a quiet wander at your own pace.
Adult Direct has served Sydney since 2010. The two active stores are Alexandria and Rydalmere, both offering the warehouse range at 50% off retail. You do not need to order online before visiting. Come in during opening hours, browse the range and buy in store like any other retail visit.

Both stores carry the broad Adult Direct range, but their locations and hours are different.
Alexandria

Alexandria is on Botany Road near Waterloo. Look for the entrance marked 110, use the Adult Direct intercom if the door is locked, take the lift to Level 2 and follow the signs. The later closing time makes it useful for an after-work visit.
Rydalmere

Rydalmere is a short drive from Parramatta. Enter the under-building car park at 3 Clyde Street; Adult Direct is in Unit 16, near the lighting and blinds stores.
You can ask a dozen questions, ask one, or ask none. A good store visit works at your pace.
What the warehouse experience is actually like
The advantage of shopping in person is scale. A product that looks tiny in a clean online photograph may have a larger box, heavier body or wider diameter than expected. In store you can compare packaging, dimensions, controls and included accessories side by side.

The Alexandria arrival
Alexandria is upstairs, so the approach looks different from a street-level shop. The entrance is at number 110 on Botany Road. If the main door is locked, the Adult Direct intercom is beside the entrance. Take the lift to Level 2 and follow the store signs.
The entrance is low-key, while the inside opens into a bright, product-filled retail space. Save the directions before leaving so the intercom and upstairs entrance are easy to find.
The Rydalmere arrival
At Rydalmere, drive or walk into the under-building car park at 3 Clyde Street. Unit 16 is inside the complex near the lighting and blinds stores, so follow the unit numbers beyond the first business signs.
The store itself has broad aisles and a large wall-to-wall range. If you want more time to compare, arriving comfortably before the 6 pm closing time is better than racing through the last few minutes.

You do not need a research project before visiting. One or two decisions are enough:
- Decide whether you are browsing a category, replacing a familiar product or solving a specific fit question.

A discreet, relaxed visit
The stores are discreetly located, and you can browse independently or ask practical questions. The range covers everyday essentials, lingerie, gifts and premium toys in a bright warehouse setting.
For online orders, Adult Direct provides discreet billing and plain packaging, with no product details or Adult Direct branding on the outside.
Returns and product faults
Check the returns information before purchasing intimate products or lingerie. Change-of-mind returns can be restricted for hygiene reasons, while faulty products remain covered by the applicable consumer guarantees and Adult Direct process.
Keep the receipt and all product components. If a rechargeable product appears faulty, note what happened during charging or first use rather than continuing to test it repeatedly.

No. Blacktown closed after its lease ended. Visit Rydalmere instead or shop the full range online.
