Love doll buying guide: inflatable or full-body?

Jasmine full-body doll seated in a white dress on a bedroom set

Love dolls come in wonderfully different forms, from a light inflatable tucked into a compact box to a full-body model that needs proper space at home. Before getting swept up in styling, compare four practical things: size, weight, storage footprint and what comes in the box.

The contrast is easiest to see side by side. Mr Stud is the compact inflatable here; Jasmine is a 145 cm, 27 kg full-body model. Neither format wins by default—the better choice is the one that suits your space and the amount of handling you want.

Compare the two formats at a glance

Product Format Measurements Weight In the box
Mr Stud Love Doll Inflatable love doll Retail package: 5 × 17.75 × 28 cm; inflated height and width are not stated About 500 g Contents are not fully listed; ask if a pump or repair kit matters
Jasmine full-body doll Full-body model with an internal articulated skeleton Height 145 cm; bust, waist and hips 75, 57 and 72 cm; shoulder width 37 cm 27 kg Wig, comb, blanket, gloves, cleaning tool, warming accessory, instructions and lingerie

Photos are for admiring the styling, not judging scale. Mr Stud weighs about half a kilogram; Jasmine weighs 27 kg.

Inflatable: separate the box from the finished size

The Mr Stud Love Doll is the inflatable of the pair. It weighs about 500 g and arrives in a 5 × 17.75 × 28 cm package.

That compact box is handy for delivery and unopened storage, but it does not tell you the doll's full inflated height or width—or guarantee that everything will fold back into the same neat rectangle afterwards. If the set-up footprint matters, ask us for the inflated dimensions first.

At about half a kilogram, Mr Stud is in a completely different league from moving the 27 kg Jasmine model.

Full-body: make room for 145 cm and 27 kg

The Jasmine full-body doll stands 145 cm tall and weighs 27 kg. Her listed measurements include 75 cm around the bust, 57 cm at the waist, 72 cm around the hips and 37 cm across the shoulders.

The practical question is where Jasmine will live and how she will get there. Mark out 145 cm in the intended storage spot, then check the route from the door—hallways, stairs, corners and all. Ask us about the delivery carton if a tight entrance could be an issue.

If an articulated skeleton is on your wish list, look for it by name: Jasmine has one, but not every full-body model does.

Pick the format before the finer details

“Inflatable” tells you how a doll takes shape. “Torso”, “partial-body” and “full-body” tell you how much of the body form is represented. They are not opposite ends of one scale: an inflatable can be full-length, while a non-inflatable model can be a torso.

A quick reality check makes the range much easier to browse:

  • Is it inflated for use or stored at full size?
  • Do you have total dimensions, or only one feature measurement?
  • Is the weight for the product itself or the packaged order?
  • Are package and product dimensions listed separately?
  • Is an internal frame or articulated skeleton mentioned?
  • Is everything you expect actually named in the contents list?

Words such as “life-size” and “realistic” set a mood, not a measurement. If access or storage depends on a missing number, ask for it before ordering.

Give storage a proper dress rehearsal

The two formats need completely different plans. Mr Stud starts in a compact retail box, but its inflated dimensions are not given. Jasmine has detailed body measurements and weight, but no package size.

For an inflatable, picture both the unopened box and the product set up in the room. For a full-body model, use height, width and weight together. A 145 cm product weighing 27 kg calls for a very different route and storage spot from an inflatable close to 500 g.

Measure the actual doorway, turn and storage space instead of guessing from a photograph. Our product-dimensions guide explains how to compare total dimensions and why units or axis order can change the picture.

Read the contents list, not the styled photo

A beautiful product image can include clothing, furniture or scene styling that stays with the photographer. The written contents list is the useful bit.

Jasmine comes with a wig, comb, blanket, gloves, cleaning tool, warming accessory, instructions and lingerie. A stand and storage case are not included in that list. If the wig colour or quantity matters, ask us before ordering.

Mr Stud's box contents are not fully listed. If you need a pump, repair kit or storage item, ask us before adding it to your order.

Browse the collection that matches your mood

Our love dolls collection is the broader route, with inflatable and full-body options. Blow-up love dolls narrows the view to inflatable and novelty styles.

There is some overlap, but the collections are not twins. Start broad if the format is still open; choose the narrower collection if an inflatable is already the plan.

Your shortlist, without the guesswork

Keep a favourite in the running when:

  • the format is clear;
  • the measurements you need are listed or you know what to ask;
  • product weight and package dimensions are clearly labelled;
  • the path through your home and storage area suit those figures;
  • any frame or articulated structure is actually mentioned;
  • every must-have accessory appears in the contents list; and
  • the model's instructions answer your care and lubricant questions.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an inflatable love doll and a full-body doll?

Inflatable describes how the doll takes shape; full-body describes how much of the body form it represents. The terms are not opposites. Compare the model's dimensions, weight and storage needs to choose between them.

What do torso, half-body and full-size mean for love dolls?

They are broad format labels, not standard sizes. A torso or partial-body model may take less room than a full-body model, so compare the stated length, width and weight.

What size and weight should I check before buying a love doll?

Check total height or length, the widest body measurement given, product weight and package dimensions. Measure the route to the storage area too. If a measurement is missing, ask our team before ordering.

Which love doll collection should I browse?

Browse love dolls for the wider mix of inflatable and full-body styles. Browse blow-up love dolls for the narrower inflatable and novelty range. Some products appear in both.

What comes with a love doll?

It depends on the model. Jasmine comes with a wig, comb, blanket, gloves, cleaning tool, warming accessory, instructions and lingerie. Mr Stud's contents are not fully specified, so ask us if a pump, repair kit or storage item matters.

Which lubricant is compatible with a love doll?

Use the lubricant named in your model's instructions. These two dolls have different constructions, so one blanket recommendation will not suit both.

How should I clean, dry and store a love doll?

Follow the instructions for the model and each removable part. Inflatable and full-body dolls need different routines, so ask us if the included guide leaves a care or storage question unanswered.
